GameLikeUs ("we," "us," or "our") is a personal gaming community website operated here in the United States. You can reach us at support@gamelikeus.com.

If you signed up via our coming soon page, we store your email address and the date you signed up. We use this only to notify you when the site launches. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@gamelikeus.com.
We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the site, create and manage your account, display your public profile and posts, send you the launch notification you asked for, respond to your messages and support requests, detect and prevent spam or abuse, and improve the site over time.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
GameLikeUs uses cookies to keep you logged in between visits and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the site may not work correctly without them.
We use Google Fonts to display typography on the site. Google may collect information about your visit as part of serving these fonts. Our news section aggregates publicly available RSS feeds from third-party gaming sites — we link to original sources and do not host their full content.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. RSS-sourced news articles older than 30 days are automatically deleted from our database. If you delete your account, your personal information is removed within 30 days, though some anonymized content such as post counts may remain for statistical purposes.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct any inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and associated data, and opt out of any future communications from us. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@gamelikeus.com.
GameLikeUs is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard methods and never stored in plaintext. However, no website can guarantee 100% security. Use a strong, unique password for your GameLikeUs account.
This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
